Dark Water

Dahlia Williams (Jennifer Connelly) and her five-year-old daughter Ceci move into a dilapidated apartment complex on Roosevelt Island, which Dahlia believes offers a safer environment for Ceci than her ex-husband Kyle's apartment in Jersey City. As strange occurrences escalate, including ghostly visions and mysterious noises, Dahlia becomes convinced that the apartment is haunted by a vengeful spirit, Natasha, who died under tragic circumstances. As tensions rise, Dahlia must confront her own fears and decide whether to prioritize her daughter's safety or risk facing her ex-husband in a custody battle.
