In the gritty streets of Atlantic City, a disgraced Philadelphia police detective attempts to make a new start, but his past demons and the dark underbelly of the city threaten to destroy him once again. With the help of his daughter and a new partner, he must battle his addiction and navigate the treacherous landscape of crime and corruption that surrounds him.
