The Man with Two Brains

In this 1983 sci-fi black comedy film, Steve Martin stars as Dr. Michael Hfuhruhurr, a pioneering neurosurgeon who unknowingly marries a malevolent gold-digger (Kathleen Turner). When he falls in love with a talking brain voiced by Sissy Spacek, his life takes another turn - but not before Dolores torments him and plots to kill the brain.
