An Elephant Sitting Still

In the desolate northern Chinese city of Manzhouli, a young man named Wei Bu embarks on an unlikely journey in search of escape from his downward spiral, finding solace in a mythical elephant that remains still and ignores the world. Alongside three other disillusioned characters, he navigates a bleak landscape of poverty, violence, and desperation, confronting the harsh realities of life with cynical yet thoughtful introspection.
