A young Planned Parenthood clinic director, Abby Johnson, was involved in 22,000 abortions and counseled countless women on their reproductive choices, becoming a passionate advocate for a woman's right to choose. But when she witnessed a fetus showing distress during an ultrasound-guided abortion, her life took a dramatic turn.
