Cutthroat Island

Geena Davis plays Morgan Adams, a pirate captain on a quest to recover three portions of a treasure map from her uncle Dawg (Frank Langella), who has stolen one piece after betraying their brother Richard. With the help of educated slave William Shaw (Matthew Modine) and crew, she must navigate the efforts of the British crown to end her pirate raids and avoid mutiny among her own crew.
