In the 2018 Australian comedy science-fiction horror film "Nekrotronic", Howard North (Ben O'Toole), a man discovers he's part of a secret sect of magical beings hunting demons in the internet. The story is inspired by William Gibson's Neuromancer and aims to blend elements of Ghostbusters, The Matrix, and The Exorcist.
