Vice Versa

A 1988 American fantasy comedy film directed by Brian Gilbert and starring Judge Reinhold and Fred Savage, Vice Versa is based on F. Anstey's 1882 novel of the same name. The story follows Marshall Seymour, a vice president of a Chicago department store who, after visiting Thailand with his son Charlie, switches bodies with him due to a magical oriental skull. As they navigate their new lives in each other's bodies, Marshall and Charlie must live out their lives as each other, leading to humorous and unexpected situations. With the help of the skull, they eventually switch back into their own bodies, leading to an amusing proposal that neither could have seen coming.
