Tanna

In a traditional tribal society on Tanna Island, a young girl Wawa (Marie Wawa) falls in love with her chief's grandson Dain (Mungau Dain), who is also promised to another woman as part of a peace deal between their tribes. The lovers run away, refusing their arranged fates, and must choose between their hearts and the future of their tribe. Along the way, they face the challenges of preserving traditional culture and adapting to outside demands for individual freedom.
