Blinded by the Light

In 1987 Britain, a teenager discovers the music of Bruce Springsteen, which becomes the soundtrack to his journey towards self-discovery and understanding his place in the world as a British-Pakistani Muslim. As he navigates his family's expectations, racism, and his own identity, Javed finds solace in Springsteen's words, inspiring him to write poetry, pursue a career in journalism, and even travel to America, where he meets like-minded individuals who share his passion for the music.
