The Private Eyes

In this irreverent and action-packed comedy, two brothers, Wong Yeuk-sze and Lee Kwok-kit, join forces with their kung fu expert friend Puffy to form a detective agency in Hong Kong. The trio takes on various cases, from capturing evidence of infidelity to foiling shoplifting attempts, while also dealing with the mischievous antics of a gang led by the cunning Uncle Nine. With hilarious banter and over-the-top fight scenes, "The Private Eyes" (1976) established the Hui Brothers as comedic legends and became Hong Kong's highest-grossing film at the time.
