Gravity

Dr. Ryan Stone (Sandra Bullock) is an engineer on her first space mission when she's struck by debris while spacewalking alongside astronaut Matt Kowalski (George Clooney). They attempt to return to Earth but their spacecraft, the Space Shuttle Explorer, suffers catastrophic damage and Kowalski sacrifices himself to save Stone. Stranded in space with limited resources, Stone must survive against incredible odds, fueled by her determination and hopes of reuniting with her daughter after a personal tragedy.
