A group of mismatched and disgruntled employees on a corporate team-building trip in New Mexico are forced to band together to survive after being trapped underground by their egotistical CEO, Lucy Vanderton. As they navigate their claustrophobic surroundings, they descend into chaos and hilarity as they confront their personal demons and the true nature of their boss's character.
