The Ear

A Czech language film by Karel Kachyňa, "The Ear" (Ucho) tells the story of a bitter married couple, Ludvík (Radoslav Brzobohatý) and Anna, who return home after attending a political party dinner to find their house under surveillance. As they attempt to act normal in front of the cameras while dredging up their problems out of sight, marital difficulties come to light, exposing the flaws of their marriage and each other.
