King of New York

Frank White (Christopher Walken), a former drug lord, is released from prison and attempts to rebuild his criminal empire while also attempting to go legitimate. He consolidates power by eliminating his rivals in the Colombian drug cartel and Triad. Detective Bishop (Victor Argo) and his partner, Dennis Gilley (David Caruso), confront White but lack evidence to arrest him. In response, they attempt to murder White and his crew, leading to a series of violent confrontations that ultimately result in their deaths.
