Mixed Doubles

Tamako Tomita (Yui Aragaki), a former child table tennis prodigy, joins her hometown's tennis club as part of a mixed doubles team to help revive it and exact revenge on her ex-boyfriend, who cheated on her. She partners with Hagiwara Hisashi (Eita), a divorced former boxer, to compete in the national table tournament against other clubs and teams, including a pair of Chinese restaurant workers who were once part of China's national team. Despite initial setbacks, Tamako and Hagi form a strong partnership, overcoming personal struggles and achieving success together.
