Agent

"Agent" is a gripping sci-fi thriller that promises a lot more than it delivers, thanks to budget constraints and some jarringly unconvincing plot decisions. A group of friends embark on a desert adventure for a gun instruction course, but their excursion takes an unexpected turn when they inadvertently unleash a powerful force that threatens the world's very existence. As tensions rise and loyalties are tested, the film careens wildly between action-packed set pieces and cringe-worthy narrative missteps. Unfortunately, it all feels like too much of a struggle to achieve its full potential.
