Sweetheart

In "Sweetheart", a young woman named Jenn washes up on a deserted island after her boat sinks during a storm. As she struggles to survive, she must also fend off a malevolent force that comes out each night in the form of a humanoid sea monster. With its blend of old-school monster action and island survival thrills, this low-budget thriller offers a lean, mean take on the traditional creature feature, expertly directed by J.D. Dillard to create a suspenseful, unsettling experience from start to finish.
