2099: The Soldier Protocol

In the near future, paraplegic prison inmate Matt Mills (Jackson Gallagher) is recruited for a mysterious program by "The Board" of Satoshi-Telefair Industries. After undergoing an experimental procedure that restores his legs using synthetic nanomaterial, Mills must navigate a series of assailants and tormentors while trying to survive and escape the apparatus known as The Wheel. David Arquette plays Dr. Emmett Snyder, one of the key figures behind the experiment, which may have sinister intentions.
