Polyester

Francine Fishpaw (Divine), a long-suffering housewife, turns to the bottle as her life falls apart due to her philandering husband Elmer (David Samson) and his adult movie theater business, which attracts anti-pornography protesters. Francine's daughter Lu-Lu (Mary Garlington) is pregnant after an affair with Bo-Bo Belsinger, while her son Dexter (Ken King) has a foot fetish and causes trouble at home. After discovering Elmer's infidelity and La Rue's (Edith Massey), Francine's cocaine-snorting mother, she finds new romance with Todd Tomorrow, but soon discovers he's romantically involved with La Rue, leading to a downward spiral of chaos and violence.
