Hard Luck

Wesley Snipes plays Lucky, a down on his luck former criminal and drug dealer whose post prison trials and tribulations take him on a wild adventure, as he navigates a web of crime and danger after a hurricane devastates New York. He is aided by Angela, a feisty Puerto Rican stripper (Jacquelyn Quinones), who helps him evade the law after they stumble upon a large sum of stolen money. Meanwhile, a serial killer duo, Chang and Cass (Cybill Shepherd), commits brutal murders for twisted reasons, bringing Lucky into their path.
