Reign of the Supermen

In the wake of Superman's death at the hands of Doomsday, four new Supermen emerge to take on the mantle. Lex Luthor introduces a clone, Superboy, created by Dr. Dabney Donovan, but he is soon revealed as a fake. Meanwhile, Superman has barely survived his battle with Doomsday and is recuperating at the Fortress of Solitude. As the Eradicator rejuvenates his DNA, Cyborg Superman, who claims to be the true Superman, tries to convince Lois Lane that he is not a fake. Steel joins forces with Lois to stop Darkseid from controlling Cyborg Superman's "Cyber Corps" militia. In the end, Superman returns, fully restored and ready to face the villains once again.
