"A Christmas Movie Christmas" brings a breath of fresh air to the traditional holiday formula, transplanting two sisters into a Christmas movie where they're trapped stars, trying to find a way out before things go awry. With a unique concept that's both quirky and intriguing, this festive film is at least memorable - even if it falters slightly in its pacing. While it falls short of being truly exceptional, 'A Christmas Movie Christmas' offers an entertaining enough diversion from the usual holiday fare, anchored by Lana McKissack's standout performance as lead Eve.
