Holiday Rush

After his sudden firing, Sonequa Martin-Green as Roxy Richardson helps popular radio DJ Rashon "Rush" Williams and his family adjust to their new reality after being laid off from WMLE in Pittsburgh, where Rush had the top morning radio program. As they navigate this change, Rush's eldest son Jamal finds acceptance at Harvard, while the rest of the family comes together with the support of Aunt Jo and Roxy, who helps Rush find a way back on air at an old radio station, WBQL.
