The Protector

In this action-packed buddy cop thriller, Jackie Chan stars alongside Danny Aiello as Billy Wong, a Hong Kong-born New York City cop whose partner is gunned down during a robbery. When Laura Shapiro, the daughter of a suspected gangster, is kidnapped, Wong and his new partner are sent to Hong Kong to investigate, leading them into a web of crime and deception that takes them from the streets of New York to the underworld of Hong Kong.
