In the sequel to Hellraiser, Kirsty Cotton is admitted into a mental hospital after being told her father is actually stuck in Hell following his wife's betrayal. Dr. Channard, who believes Kirsty's story, unleashes the Cenobites at the hospital. With the help of Tiffany, a fellow patient with a talent for puzzles, Kirsty heads to Hell to rescue her father, but finds herself trapped in a world of torture and seduction.
