Mob Town

Mob Town (2019) is based on the true story of a 1957 mob summit in upstate New York, where over 100 notorious organized crime figures converged to discuss expansion plans. Sgt. Ed Croswell (David Arquette), a local police trooper, discovers their activities and exposes the mob to the American public, shedding light on corruption and forever changing law enforcement. His actions lead to the creation of an organized-crime task force and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, which agencies still use today.
