In this action-packed family comedy, Kevin and Holly Ryan must once again team up to rescue their beloved friend Bernie the dolphin from their nemesis Winston Mills. With Winston's return to Marineland, the local aquarium where they work, the kids' old enemy is back with a vengeance, threatening to kidnap the talented dolphin and putting their friends in danger. Kevin and Holly must use all their wits and resourcefulness to outsmart Winston and his accomplices and save Bernie before it's too late.
