Kimi no suizô o tabetai

A young high school student befriends his classmate Sakura Yamauchi, who is revealed to have a terminal illness in her pancreas. As they spend more time together, Sakura invites him on a train trip and shares activities from her bucket list, but their connection is put to the test when she dies suddenly. The student is left to come to terms with his grief, and ultimately, he visits Sakura's mother and asks to read her diary, learning more about their friendship and the impact it had on his life.
