Secret Ceremony

In "Secret Ceremony," Elizabeth Taylor plays Leonora, a penniless woman, while Mia Farrow portrays Cenci, a young girl who insists she is Leonora's long-lost mother. The film follows Leonora's entanglement in a web of deception and perhaps madness as Cenci's aunts and stepfather complicate her life. Leonora hides the truth from them, including her own troubled past and Cenci's true age, as the aunts' sinister motives threaten to destroy the fragile relationship between Leonora and Cenci.
