Naked Lunch

Bill Lee, a bug killer, and his dead-eyed wife Joan, get high on Bill's pest poisons with Beat poet pals. After meeting Dr. Benway, Bill gets a drug made from a centipede, which he accidentally kills Joan with. He then takes orders from a typewriter-turned-cockroach and ends up in a constantly mutating Mediterranean city. There, he learns his hip friends have published his work, which he doesn't remember writing. Peter Weller stars as Bill Lee.
