Nightmare in Badham County

Two UCLA coeds, Cathy Phillips (Deborah Raffin) and Diane Emery (Lynne Moody), get into trouble when they are remanded to a women's prison farm in a corrupt Southern town. They are subjected to atrocities at the hands of the administrators of the prison and the prison guards, including racial segregation and abuse. The women eventually devise an escape plan, with Cathy calling her parents for help, and manage to escape, but not without one of them going missing.
