Alive

The film "Alive" tells the true story of the Uruguayan rugby team's plane crash in the Andes mountains in 1972, and their will to survive against all odds. A group of survivors, including Roberto Canessa (Josh Hamilton) and Nando Parrado (Ethan Hawke), must ration their meager food supply, deal with the freezing cold, and face the harsh reality of cannibalism to stay alive. As the days turn into weeks, the survivors' hopes of rescue dwindle, and they must confront the devastating consequences of their situation.
