La cité de la peur

Odile Deray (Chantal Lauby), a publicist for the low-budget slasher film "Red is Dead," attends the Cannes film festival, where the movie is met with unanimous disdain. As the projectionists assigned to screen "Red is Dead" are murdered in a series of copycat killings, Odile brings the film's star, Simon Jérémi (Dominique Farrugia), to the festival and hires bodyguard Serge Karamazov (Alain Chabat) to protect them. Meanwhile, detective Patrick Bialès (Gérard Darmon) investigates the murders, starting a romantic relationship with Odile.
