Certain Fury

Scarlett, a hardened street kid who supports herself with prostitution and drug dealing, faces charges of killing a client and is brought to court, where she meets Tracy Freeman, a doctor's daughter who has been arrested for drug possession and resisting arrest. The two girls escape the courtroom along with other defendants, and then take refuge in the sewer. They are eventually captured, but after a series of close calls, including an explosion of sewer gas, they manage to evade capture. With the help of Sniffer, a casual boyfriend of Scarlett's who produces pornography and sells drugs, and later Rodney, a man with a personal connection to Tracy, the two girls attempt to escape the city and start a new life, but ultimately part ways when they disagree on their future.
