When a hapless, unfunny, wanna-be comedian picks up a mysterious hitchhiker on his way to Las Vegas to audition for the Monte Guy show, he unwittingly becomes trapped in a desert-town killing spree that also has a very unexpected consequence - it improves his comedy. Jim O'Heir plays Lenny Freeman, an accountant who becomes a stand-up comedian, with Andrew J. West playing Hitch, a manager who shares career advice and becomes entangled in a series of murders.
