Un día más con vida

In 1975, Ryszard Kapuściński, a veteran Polish journalist, embarked on a road trip into the heart of Angola's civil war, where he witnessed the dirty reality of war and discovered a sense of helplessness. The film, directed by Raúl de la Fuente and Damian Nenow, is a co-production between Poland, Spain, Belgium, Germany, and Hungary, based on Kapuściński's autobiographical account. Characterized by its rotoscoping animation and motion capture, the film explores Kapuściński's experience as a war journalist, a theme also explored by Kerry Shale in her portrayal of the author's voice.
