Two lifelong friends, Joseph R. "Coop" Cooper (Trey Parker) and Douglas "Doug" Remer (Matt Stone), invent a new sport by combining elements of basketball and baseball, which becomes an overnight sensation. They form the Professional Baseketball League with the help of a billionaire, where everyone gets the same pay and no team can change cities. The duo must navigate the challenges of their newfound success, including a rival owner who wants to institute major rule changes.
