Hundraåringen som klev ut genom fönstret och försvann

Allan Karlsson (Robert Gustafsson), a 100-year-old man, escapes from a nursing home on his birthday and embarks on an unexpected journey. The film's story is interspersed with flashbacks of Allan's colorful life, from his childhood to his adventures during the Cold War, including his involvement in the development of the atomic bomb and his encounters with famous figures such as Joseph Stalin and Harry S. Truman. As Allan travels through the world, he "coincidentally" meets new people, including a skinhead, a recluse, and a young man named Benny, who join him on his adventures.
