The Parole Officer

Simon Garden, a hapless probation officer, is framed for murder by corrupt Police Chief Burton. To prove his innocence, he must entice his former clients away from their law-abiding lives to recover the evidence that will save him. He recruits a diverse group of former criminals, including George, Jeff, and Colin, to help him break into a bank containing vital evidence against the real culprit, with the aid of Colin's computer virus and a robot designed to disable the bank vault's time lock.
