Mandie and the Cherokee Treasure follows Mandie Shaw (Lexi Johnson) as she reunites with her long-lost mother and finds a sense of family, but her happiness is threatened when Uncle John (Terrell Anthony) forbids her from joining him on a perilous quest. Undeterred, Mandie embarks on a train journey with her friends to protect Uncle John and uncover the secrets of the Lost Antler Cave Mine, solving riddles and facing danger along the way.
