Tony Jaa as Tien, who escapes after being captured by Lord Rajasena and recovers from his crippling injuries with the help of Master Bua, eventually returns to confront Bhuti Sangkha, who has replaced Rajasena as the king, unleashing a dark curse on the village of Kana Khone, and Tien, with the help of Master Bua and the villagers, develops a new fighting style by combining martial arts and dance to defeat Bhuti and break the curse.
