Cabin Fever: Patient Zero

A group of friends, including Porter (Sean Astin), head to a deserted Caribbean island for a surprise bachelor party, only to discover that the island isn't deserted and is actually home to a secret medical facility. The group soon finds themselves stranded and infected with a deadly flesh-eating virus, leading to a desperate struggle for survival. As the situation spirals out of control, the group's leader, Marcus (Mitch Ryan), must confront the dark truth behind the island's sinister medical facility and the true nature of the virus that threatens to destroy them all.
