The Magic of the Golden Bear: Goldy III

Jesse, played by Bonnie Morgan, runs away with her pet after a sly magician casts a spell to buy the last Golden Bear. She finds refuge with a 'Ghostman', played by Mr. T, who believes all animals should be free, deep in the heart of the forest. There, she meets Hugo, played by Danny Woodburn, and Ned, played by Jeff Prettyman, in this action-packed comedy-adventure film starring Cheech Marin as Master Borgia.
