Nutcracker

On Christmas Eve, a young girl named Clara receives a nutcracker doll from her godfather, Drosselmeyer, who also creates intricate mechanical toys. As the household sleeps, Clara visits the Christmas tree to inspect her nutcracker and finds herself transported to a dream world where toy soldiers and mice battle. Clara joins the toy soldiers and throws her slipper at a giant Mouse King, saving the Nutcracker Prince, who becomes a handsome prince. Clara and the Prince dance and sail away, but the dream ends with Clara waking up in her bedroom, clutching her injured hand.
