The Legend of Boggy Creek

"The Legend of Boggy Creek" (1972) is a docudrama with horror elements about the reportedly true sightings of the Fouke Monster, a three-toed Sasquatch-like creature that was seen in the Fouke region of southwest Arkansas from the 40s onward. Several locals recount their stories, often played by themselves, including Vern Stierman as Narrator, Chuck Pierce Jr. as Young Jim, William Stumpp as Adult Jim, Willie E. Smith as Willie, and Lloyd Bowen as Lloyd Bowen. The creature is described as being completely covered in reddish-brown hair, leaving three-toed tracks and having a foul odor.
