A young Greek man, Ilyas Apostolou (Aris Retsos), goes to Paris seeking help from a solitary relative, Gerassimos Tzivas (Christos Tsagas), who works as a furrier. With him, he takes a photograph of a woman he finds on the pavement, which sets off a series of dramatic misunderstandings that trap him in a vicious circle of lies and fantasies.
