Never Rarely Sometimes Always

A 17-year-old girl, Autumn (Sidney Flanigan in her acting debut), suspects she's pregnant and visits a crisis pregnancy center in rural Pennsylvania. After learning she can't get an abortion without parental consent, she buys a bus ticket to New York City with her cousin Skylar (Talia Ryder). On the bus, they meet Jasper (Théodore Pellerin), a young man who becomes interested in Skylar. In New York, Autumn seeks an abortion at a Planned Parenthood clinic, but struggles to pay for it, while Skylar's financial situation worsens. Eventually, Jasper lends them money for their return bus ticket, and Autumn has the abortion, while Skylar tries to come to terms with her decision.
