April Fool's Day

A group of college buddies convene at a friend's isolated abode and get killed off one by one. Muffy, played by Deborah Foreman, hosts the gathering, but things take a dark turn when it's revealed that she's been playing a prank, and her twin sister Buffy, played by Amy Steel, is the one behind the murders. The remaining group members must survive a series of gruesome killings and figure out that everything they thought was real was just part of the prank. In the end, they discover that Muffy and Buffy were staging the whole event as a twisted game.
