Tarzan the Ape Man

Jane Parker (Bo Derek) visits her father, James Parker (Richard Harris), in Africa, where she joins his expedition. She learns about legends of the "white ape" Tarzan, who is actually an uncivilized white man raised by apes living in the African jungle. Tarzan (Miles O'Keeffe) kidnaps Jane, but they become fascinated with each other, and she eventually returns to her father. Tarzan rescues Jane and kills the tribe leader, the Ivory King, in single combat, and Jane becomes his lover, interacting peacefully with the local animals.
